Group Runs
Group runs help runners stay motivated, provide companionship on
long runs, and is safer than running alone. Below are a few
group runs in the Lincoln area that welcome others runners to join them. (Note:
Even though groups start at the fitness clubs, you don't have to be a member to run with the
group).
