- A note from the Journal Star:
I would like to apologize for not having all of the half-marathon finishers
listed in our Lincoln Marathon Keepsake Section. We have to commit to a page
count for the section well in advance, and with a large number of entries
this year and a large number of Celebrate congratulatory announcements, we
simply ran out of space with 24 pages.
We are going to make every attempt to list the omitted finishers in the
Journal Star sports section this week. Again, I would like to apologize for
the fact that all of the names were not listed. If the section returns in
2010, we will make the arrangements necessary to include the names of all
finishers, because it is truly an accomplishment worthy of the recognition.
